We collect your personal data directly from you when you interact with us, for example when you visit our website, when you communicate with us regarding our products and services, when you register to receive our newsletter or when you participate in our surveys.

In this regard, we keep a record of your activity with us and manage your membership account. Also, we may contact you to offer assistance and dedicated services to members or to inform you about our products and services, the latest CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage Technologies) updates, communications about networking opportunities in the industry, invitations to events, webinars. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will not be able to offer you the requested products or services. Also, we will process your personal data if we are required to do so by law or in situations where you have given us your express consent in this regard.

FOR HOW LONG DO WE STORE PERSONAL DATA?

If you wish to transfer your personal data to another operator, we will provide you with the personal data you have provided to us and which has been processed by automated means in a free electronic portable format.
Since we want to ensure that your personal data is accurate and up-to-date, you have the possibility to ask us to correct or remove any information you consider incorrect.
